Ream had an elderly server which failed late on a Friday afternoon, Absols was asked to repair this asap as weekends are Reams busiest trading time. Working over-night the server was in place for start of business on the following Saturday.

Since then Absols has become Ream’s IT support partner, we have replaced the elderly server and installed a Terminal Server to allow the company’s three sites to work in a unified manner.
