Absols Limited was engaged to replace Teachers TVs existing IT support supplier, as it was felt they weren’t getting value for money. Although they had a complex network of ten servers on two sites, support had been made even more problematic by poor documentation and proceedures. Absols first task was to perform a full network audit and inventory then to establish procedures to improve the support process. With these in place, Teachers was able to reduce its IT support costs by over 40%.
